LTO Philippines - Manila Online Car Registration, License Fees, Requirements & Branches Tips

What is LTO Philippines meaning? - Land Transportaion Office. Here is an actual experience and online information by us. Tatay Sam is driving our family car, a Toyota Yaris 2008 model and regularly, he opts in for his drivers license renewal to authorized mall branches and license renewal centers in Manila.

It is way much easier to do registration of vehicle as well as driver's license renewal here and with literally zero corruption and illegal transactions and under the table arrangements compared to branches.

With respect to our vehicle, he also does his own application for car registration renewal and sticker so he personally knows how to go over with the procedures and process of application from requirements, online download of forms, license, insurance and car registration fees.

He also shares with me all his experiences when he was starting to learn how to drive by applying for a student permit to drug testing, eye testing and other necessary procedures for the application and examination to transform the student permit into either a non-pro or professional levels 1,2,3,4 and so on license.

I will also be interviewing him for information to share here regarding Philippines Government and Land Transportation Office street rules, signs, regulations, driver's license exam reviewer and official website which is www.lto.gov.ph. The current LTO chairman is Virginia P. Torres - 2013.

LTO Ph Student Permit System and Requirements

In order to be able to apply for the student permit, there are certain requirements that must be met. These are pre-qualifying terms that are inalterable and must not be mislead or taken for granted by the interested applicant. We have listed the criteria below to inform student driver and for information purposes to interested parties.

There are 2 types of applicants, namely a Filipino or a foreigner student driver looking to acquire a valid driver's license at any authorized branches or LTO office. Since it is pre-requisite to all new applicants, therefore, it is a must to apply for this.

Please note that there are no Saturday office even in Manila, Megamall or any other renewal centers in the Philippines.
